I am writing to extend my best wishes toall bicycle couriers in the city of Toronto on the occasion of MessengerAppreciation Day.

Toronto's bicycle couriers, through theirefforts and abilities have served as advocates for the reduction of pollutionwhile also contributing to the significant reduction of congestion in thecity's downtown core.

Their efforts in promoting year round cyclingand their participation in fundraising for numerous charities in Torontohas helped provide a valuable contribution to all residents in the GreaterToronto Area.
