David "Slacker" Avayou

David Slacker Avayou was a Philadelphia bike messenger during the
90's. He passed away after a battle with cancer.
David Charles Avayou of West Valley, NY died Thursday, April 18,
2019 at Mercy Hospital in Buffalo at the age of 54.
He was born January 31, 1965 in Caribou, ME a son of David Avayou
and Beth (nee Meuse) Wilson. He was a cyclist in his younger years
and he enjoyed kayaking, old movies and collecting knives. He had
worked for Quality Control for Reverie in Cheektowaga, NY.
He is survived by his father - David (Sandra) Avayou of Naples, FL
and Warrington, PA; his mother - Beth (Robert) Wilson of Upper
Darby, PA; his son - Samuel Avayou; his siblings: Alan Avayou of
Lexington, SC, Sarah (Brian) Housewert of Naples, FL and Jenny
(Todd) Jones of Doylestown, PA; also survived by several nieces and
nephews and his special friends - Dori Domon of West Valley and
Greyson.
There will be no calling hours. A private service will be held at
the convenience of the family.
