waste taxpayers' money they should also mandate that the signs remind
messengers to eat a balnced diet and get plenty of rest.
Bike safety Newsday, January 21, 2005 A bill requiring businesses employing bicycle messengers to post signs detailing proper safety procedure is being considered by the City Council. The measure, proposed by Councilwoman Gale A. Brewer (D-Manhattan), would mandate that the signs remind messengers to carry proper identification and to obey traffic rules.
